Heavy Metal, Chlorine Detox Bath
Despite the chemicals in the tap water, this is how we enjoy a great detox bath after sticky situations.

Here's the scoop.
All that junk like Nesquick, Swiss-whatever and Ovaltine are terrible for you. Always read the labels and look for chocolate mixes that have only organic cocoa. I'm using the Equal Exchange Organic Cocoa from either Allens or Akins. (It may also be at Cooks.) Here's a fantastic, easy to make, hot cocoa recipe using great ingredients that your body will love you for.
In this video we use water and some organic Aldi Half & half, but the absolute best taste is with raw milk warmed up on the stove. Give it a try if you're able and if not it actually taste really good with water too. Please use filtered water. Some good options are going to Watertree NWA or buying a filter from Clearly Filtered. Recipe
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa or cacao
- 1/4 teaspoon Organic Vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of collagen
- 1 teaspoon of lions mane (Optional)
- In 12oz mug fill with a little over half water
- Fill the rest with organic half and half
- Cinnamon and nutmeg on top
Raw Milk Version Is Best
If you have raw milk replace the water and the cream with a full glass of milk.
