The Problem

Peanut butter should only be one ingredient....peanuts, yet 90% of the brands have some other oil thats inflammatory, sugar and a few things people can't always pronounce.

The Fix

You can make your own really easily. we buy organic peanuts and found that the best bang for the buck is from Azure. These peanuts will be creamy and taste far better to us than store-bought peanut butter. All you have to do is blend them and add some good salt like Redmond's Real Salt.

If you don't have grinder that's cool. Aldi has great peanut butter, but get the green one thats organic. All you gotta do when buying peanut butter is compare price and make sure it only contains "peanuts". All the others should be burned, because they're contributing to cancer, heart disease and even your ability to heal when you are sick, because of the oils they add that increase inflammation.

So get you some new peanut butter! It's an easy swap and if you eat a lot of it like most people you can use it to start keeping you healthy instead of contributing to making you sick.
