Paul and Sue have been helping make Northwest Arkansas Healthy for about 10 years! It wasn't until weI started eating better that I realized that their business is a precious little gem in our area. Its so rare to find a place like this and it's so welcomed!

Challelujah Bakery is It's an all organic, keto friendly, dairy-free, sourdough bakery! They have cookies that look like Secret Squirrel and that cracks me up and buy all their ingredients from local farmers or mom and pop businesses like Dawn Foods up in Missouri. Like us, they strongly believe in relying on the community over the big chains. I love that. Also like us they believe God's ways are the best ways and I love how they have like 30 epic posters up behind the counter with Jesus as the lion of Judah and some use Hebrew name Yeshua. It gets me all fired up everytime I go in there. This place is blessed by the Lord becasue they are faithful to God even when it's hard.

Fresh Cinnamon Rolls

Fresh from the oven Challah Cinnamon Rolls are available every weekend from 7:30am until 11:00am. You can design your own with their choice of four topping flavors and amounts, ranging from light to medium or insane.

The only potential health downside that they're cooked in aluminum foil. That could be improved, but we all have to pick our battles and I'm not sure how they could get around that since they're serving them fresh, hot and to-go. I'm sure they'll be the first to switch to something else if they can.

Keto Options Rock

Keto is fantastic for everyone and thats what I realized when I asked him about the ingredients. He used the Monk Fruit as the sweetener so that it won't spike your blood sugar. Thats just fantastic no matter who you are. Below are some of the options he has Keto-style:

The coffee is  organic with red pepper flakes. I'm not sure beyond that I didn't get enough info.
