Why We Love This Place
Molly started Olly Bakes at the Bentonville farmers Market with the help of her mom. They were on a journey to create good food for themselves, but knew there were so many others could benefit from the the gluten-free life they were cooking up.

In late 2024 they were forced out of their building but I think they continue to make the same great food out of their home. Check out their site and see if you can get their contact information there.
Great Ingredients
They do a great job telling you about their ingredients on their website, but I also got a little bit more information from Molly. As it states, she doesn't cut corners.

That checks enough boxes to be one of the healthier places in the area. Freakin awesome man.
